Terms & Conditions

  • All bookings are a minimum of 2 hours
  • Any appointment exceeding 1 hour will require 2 interpreters to work in tandem (a team). An exception to this rule can be intensive or demanding assignment for a time between 30 minutes and 1 hour. This condition is in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety Recommendations.
  • Any appointment cancelled with 48 (business hours) of its starting time will incur full costs.
  • Any appointment that is more than 40km from the Capital City GPO, will incur travel costs and $0.50 per km. This distance is predetermined via www.melbourne.citysearch.com.au prior to the booking commencing
  • 1 interpreter will not be permitted to work alone in situations where a 2nd interpreter is ill or otherwise, and a replacement interpreter cannot be appointed.
  • All Sections Of This Form Must Be Completed For The Booking To Be Accepted
